The success fee varies depending on your package. Larger packages and higher license fees mean a lower success rate. It's calculated based on the total Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) processed through the platform, excluding VAT.

If you already have GMV from marketplaces before switching to ChannelEngine, we can discuss including this GMV in an increased license fee at a better rate due to the guaranteed income. This option is available only in the Growth and Scale packages.

The Start package is perfect for businesses with less than $2M GMV annually, selling on a few marketplaces, and looking to set up and organize their channels efficiently.

The Growth package is ideal for companies with ambitious growth plans, such as optimizing current channels, enabling new channels, and expanding to new regions. This package includes a dedicated growth manager and is typically for companies with $2M to $7.5M GMV annually.

The Scale package is generally used by enterprise-level organizations with complex stakeholder setups, multi-region selling, high GMV volumes, or those needing strategic account managers with a high level of involvement.
