What determines your ChannelEngine pricing
ChannelEngine pricing is designed to grow with you. Unlike platforms that charge per marketplace or per order, we base pricing on your GMV and operational needs, so you can expand to new channels without increasing costs:
1. Onboarding fee: Based on your integration approach, from pre-built plugins (Shopify, Magento) to custom API/EDI integrations for ERP/PIM systems and enterprise architecture.
2. Monthly license fee: Covers everything you need to manage and scale your multichannel operations. Determined by marketplace GMV, SKU count, business units, and geographic scope, ensuring you only pay for the capacity you need.
3. Success-based fee: A percentage of incremental marketplace GMV growth beyond your baseline. We only earn more when you sell more.

Our pricing covers only the ChannelEngine platform, integration, and support services. -

For revenue from 3P marketplaces, we charge a percentage of incremental channel GMV growth above your baseline. This applies only to sales channels you manage through ChannelEngine - whether that's Amazon, TikTok Shop, or even Shopify when connected as a channel.
It does not apply to direct sales from your website or systems operating outside of ChannelEngine. If you were generating $2M annually in channel sales when you started and grew to $3M, the success-based fee applies to that $1M increase.
