  • Quality discounts
  • Gift wrapping options
  • Settlement reports
  • Retrieving FBA return info

Selling on Amazon is an ever-evolving journey, and staying ahead of the curve is essential to success. ChannelEngine is happy to introduce four new features that elevate your experience when selling on the world’s largest ecommerce platform. Let's dive right in and explore what they have to offer:

1. Quantity discounts - business pricing

Are you looking to tap into the B2B market and encourage bulk purchases on Amazon? You can now set up quantity discounts for Amazon business pricing directly from our platform. With this feature, you can offer special business prices lower than your retail prices, available exclusively to registered Amazon Business buyers. Here are the key highlights:

  • Incentivize B2B buyers: This feature enables you to encourage B2B customers to make bulk purchases on Amazon.

  • Quantity discounts: Registered Amazon Business buyers get access to quantity discounts that are lower than your retail prices. Define quantity discounts on your own terms, such as "get 10% off when ordering a minimum quantity of 5 items".

  • Pricing tiers: You can set up to five pricing tiers for each of your product, allowing you to cater to different customer segments and order sizes.

2. Gift wrapping option

Create more convenience for your Amazon customers by offering the gift wrapping option. You can now receive these gift wrapping requests as orderline extra data directly in the Orders overview of ChannelEngine. Here's what you need to know:

  • Feature activation: To get started, you'll need to enable this functionality in Amazon Seller Central.

  • Easy to use: Customers can easily add gift wrapping to their orders with a simple checkbox during the purchase process.

  • Gift message: Along with gift wrapping, customers can include a personalized gift message to make their presents even more special.

3. Settlement report

Managing and reconciling settlements for Amazon orders can be complex and time-consuming. However, our settlement reconciliation feature enables you to simplify and automate this process for each Amazon sales channel. Here's what you can expect:

  • Efficient reconciliation: Retrieve a settlement report from ChannelEngine via the Merchant API, giving you easy access to revenue and cost data. This simplifies the matching and identification of discrepancies.

  • Two report types: You have two settlement reports to choose from. The "Summary" report offers a high-level financial overview, while the "Detailed" report provides a comprehensive breakdown of all transactions. You can select the one that best suits your needs.

4. Retrieve FBA return info

The final feature we’re introducing is the ability to retrieve updates on whether returned FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) inventory is sellable or unsellable, directly in ChannelEngine. This information will help to make informed decisions about restocking and overall inventory management.
